Surnames: BRECHBILL,SKINNER Classification: Query Message Board URL: http://boards.ancestry.com/mbexec/msg/an/JaB.2ACE/3487 Message Board Post: Looking for ancesters or those affiliated with Philip Brechbill and his tavern in Boiling Springs around 1830-1860. My ggggrandfather Emanuel Skinner was living there in the 1850 census at 20 yrs. old. His mother and father were both born in Pa. I believe him to be an orphan at a young age because of info i have on his Civil War pension papers. He worked for the CVRR and then the Mt Holly paper mill until his death in 1891. I can not find anything more on who his parents might be. Thank you.
