And finally, click on the name range most appropriate. Ex: GAUL,John-GAYMAN,John. I found several information cards on a John Gay from Cumberland Co. Either he served in more than one regiment or there were more than one. There was also a Robert and Thomas Gay, maybe brothers??? The PA Archives also has some fine pictures of historical documents online that can be pulled up and read, saved, etc. I found one on my ancestor, Patrick JACK, from the 1730's. Good luck! War. I have an index to the Pennsylvania Archives, Fifth Series, Volume VI. John Gay is listed in that index as being on pages 80 and 101. If any has access to this Volume VI, could you kindly look for this John Gay and give me any particulars that this book may contain. Or does any one know if this information is on line Don Meenach
