    3. I am searching for information on John Gay, Sr. who served in the Cumberland Co. Millitia in the Rev. War. I have an index to the Pennsylvania Archives, Fifth Series, Volume VI. John Gay is listed in that index as being on pages 80 and 101. If any has access to this Volume VI, could you kindly look for this John Gay and give me any particulars that this book may contain.     3. This is not pertinent to your request, however: one of my ancestors, Jane Robinson, married (3) a John Gay Moore in KY. I don't know anything about him, but it appears as if he might have been named for a John Gay.
