Hello All, I am new to this list. I have just found that William Dickson is the father of my Jane Dickson that married John Hatton/Hutton! A brick wall down! I have William's will abstract from 1780 in Cumberland Co, PA. It appears he may have lived in Dickenson Township. His wife's name was Ann and other children were John Dickson, William Dickson and Sarah Dickson. That is all I know about him. If anyone is researching William Dickson, I would love to hear from you.
