Some was obtained from various internet sources. In Cumberland County Orphan Courts records, Vol III (1786-1804) p. 266 I found the following informatin. On 18 Mar 1800 at an Orphans Court in Carlisle, Cumberland County, PA there is a petition by William English, the eldest son of John English, deceased, who died intestate leaving a widow Jane English (Christiana Jane?) It names Rachel, wife of Daniel Worley, William, and Ellenor,wife of Robert McCord as surviving children of John. Important Note: The author of this message may not be subscribed to this list.
