William Arters/Arthur born 1770 PA. died 1832 Webster Co.,VA.(now WV.)has a new DNA match.We are tracing his line back to PA. & not to those Arthur's in VA. He was my 2xgreat-grandfather. He married Mary"Polly"Davisson Friend in 1802 Harrison Co.,VA.(now WV.).   Are there any men with the Arthur/Arters/Arthurs surname today,who are descended from those early Arthur(various spellings)men around Mifflin Co.,PA. willing to do a DNA test?
