I haven't noticed any posts indicating updates on the Cumberland County Archives website. The Insolvent Debtors file have been updated to circa 1850. Original records have been scanned and are freely available. I found several pertaining to my lines, including one on William Spong that referenced debts owing from probable relatives that had moved to Ohio. These files contain original signatures.
