Hi Dot, I am researching Peter Myers and his sister Margaret Myers Wolf. Margaret Myers married John William Wolf 8/4/1842 in Cumberland County, Pa. John William Wolf was born 7/14/1820 in Pa. In so doing the research on my G G Grandfather Peter Myers, I have received some information from people that have researched the Wolf family. I am going to give you what they sent me. I hope it may help you in some way. John and Margaret named their oldest son Joseph B. Wolf, he was born 9/3/1846. Maybe he was named after one of John's relatives. I received the following information from Anna May Taylor: *Mary Wolf died in 1825 of East Pennsborough Twp.* Letters of Administration were issued in Common form to Joseph Wolf on estate of Mary Wolf, late of East Pennsborough Twp. Decd. Joseph Wolf, Admin. Administrator and several of the heirs request Letter of Admin. be vacated and issued to John Byers, a brother of said decd. Bail Philip Fittrow, Frederick Byers and Lewis Harlan--Sum $1,500. *Orphans Court Record-Allen Twp., (now Monroe), Cumberland Co.* Jacob Wolf died intestate 1825 Wife Eve Nine children: Leonard, Betsy m w/John Westfall, David, John, Joseph, Eve m w/Frederick Winters, Jacob, Solomon and Catherine (last 2 still minors in 1825) Left land in the tenure of David Wolf, 192 acres South side of Yellow Brrushes Creek-Insufficient money to pay debt. *Wolfs from Will Index* (This one is from F937 (film) Administrations 1750-1863 *From Index* Wolf,Joseph-page 148-1852 of Mifflin Twp.
