I don't know if it will help or not but CB Duncan married Hannah Harvey and Hannah's father was John Harvey and her mother was Sarah Culbertson. Sarah's parents were Robert Culbertson and get this Nancy Breckenridge. Another twist is Robert Culbertson's father was Col Robert Culbertson and get this Ann DUNCAN. This is all on CB Duncan's wife's side. So why was Culbertson Breckenridge Duncan given those names? Probably because he also is somehow related to the Breckenridge and Culbertson line on his side.
