My grandfather was John Hale who is buried in the ZION LUTHERAN CHURCH GRAVEYARD NEWVILLE, NEWTON TWP., CUMBERLAND CO. PENNSYLVANIA. HALE; Margaret Catharine d. 9-25-1850, b. 3-4-1836, d/o Mary M. John d. 9-16-1854, b. 10-6-1775 Mary M. d. 10-6-1858, b. 9-5-1781 John may have been from Cumberland, Lancaster, or Berks county. I'm fairly sure his wife Mary M. was a Bovenmier and from Lancaster. John Had a son John E. Hale born May or July 1803. He married Doner who I think was from Lancaster. John Hale Sr's father may have been Peter Hale, who may have been from Lancaster. Or even Berks. 2. Dear Searchers, I found a Michael ROBISON [also found spelled ROBINSON AND ROBERTSON] on the 1800 and 1810 Fed. Census, Juniata Twp., Cumberland Co. PA. By 1820, I believe this man had moved ,with his family, to Pike Co., OH. In checking the 1820 Census for Cumberland, I did not find a Juniata Twp., but found that township in Perry Co. I also found a Michael ROBISON in that township in Perry Co., in the 1820 Census. Question:: Did that township become a part of Perry Co., when it was formed in 1820 from Cumberland? Is anyone researching or know anything about the ROBISONS/ROBINSONS of Cumberland and/or Perry Co??? Thanks for your help, Patt Fulton Austin, TX e-mail: PattFulton@aol.com

Jacob Heffelfinger married esther Lime, sister of Elizabeth and they all moved, even the Lime parents to Richland Co., OH. Jacob and Esther are buried in the Greenlawn Cem. near Crestline, Sandusky Twp. Richland Co. Jacob and Esther's son Jacob moved to washington Co., IA ca 1847. If any of this is familiar i wonder if you have the parents of Jacob Heffelfinger , was it Philip Heffelfinger and Catharine Eichholtz? Thanks. Jane
