Hi Helene, Thanks for the information, but what I am looking for is the uncertified copies. They are usually less expensive and for genealogical and medical purposes only. In Ohio, they are $.03 versus $3 for certified. The forms you sent the links for are for certified copies. The note on the page says to "call for information" on non-certified, genealogical copies. Sorry to be such a pain... will probably just call tomorrow and get it over with :) Thanks!
