For those of you who receive the digest format...the uibstructions are in the beginning of every message you receive. For the mail mode, there are 2 options. To manually unsubscribe is not a big thing but to do 41 in a day is unusual. Please try to be considerate and not write the mailing list with your unsubscription request.
