>From The Tribune Republican, 30 Dec 1950 (modern times): Mrs. C. R. Stockwell, 77, wife of C. R. Stockwell died at 11:15 p.m. Thursday at her home in Tryonville. Born 1 Oct 1873 in IN, daughter of Benjamin & Anna Mosier Stuckey. She lived in Tryonville for 37 years and was a member of the Tryonville Ladies Aid Society. Her first husband, Walter W. Clark died 34 years. Surviving in addition to her husband are: a son, W. A. Clark of Titusville; a stepdaughter, Mrs. George W. Shorts of Titusville, a stepson, Claude Stockwell of Erie; three grandchildren; a half brother, Dr. Noah Zehr of Ft. Wayne, IN; two great grandchildren. Buried New Richmond Cemetery Mrs. Mary Bell Carter Snyder, wife of Grant Snyder died yesterday morning at her home in Butler. Mrs. Snyder was born in Summerhill Township, Crawford Co. in 1867 but had lived in Butler for many years. Surviving are her husband; three children, Mrs. Margaret Tack and Ernest and Clarence Snyder all of Butler; 14 grandchildren and 26 great-grandchildren and one sister, Mrs. Jessie Thomas of Sharon. (Would like to know more about her family.) Mrs. Margaret Hazelbaker, 84 sidow of Charles Hazelbaker, died early this morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Ernest C. Smith where she had resided. Member of Grace Methodist Church. Surviving besides Mrs. Smith are a son, Charles of New Castle; three grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services in memory of Mrs. Alice M. Lord were conducted Friday afternoon at the Levine Funeral Home. Interment at N. Richmond Cemetery with Joseph Salen, George Bowes, Clyde Wilcox, Leroy Neff, William Townley and Wm.
