What is the best way to request information from the Historical Society? Since I live in Arizona I cannot visit in person, but would be very happy to make a financial contribution or pay whatever fees are involved. Thanks, Joanne
Joanne, They have a website that has a phone number, mailing address and their email address listed, along with research fees and other information. http://www.ccfls.org/historical/ I hope this helps! The Crawford Co. Historical Society has not had the e-mail address http://www.ccfls.org/historical since it moved out of the Meadville Public Library and disconnected from the Library computer system. ["ccfls" stands for Crawford Co. Federated Library System] Safest bet at present would be to write to CCHS at 411 Chestnut St., Meadville, PA 16335.
