The 1870 census for Venango Boro shows Ann L., age 9, a daughter of Aaron D, and Mary (Harriott) Straw. It is possible that she died young, but also possible that by 1880, though under 19, she might have married. She DID NOT marry Willard Whitten, as some lists claim.
