Annette, Has anyone approached the Barco family regarding a grant/help in this situation? They seem to be doing lots for the community from what I have heard and noticed in the paper. Too bad Dr. Winslow is long gone! Jean in Texas

James Duratz, in memory of his wife, Helene Barco Duratz, and his sister-in-law, Yolanda Barco, donated the Barco office building to the MLAHA in 2000, with the intention it be used by the CCHS. It was the idea of the MPL's Director to try to rent it to CCHS instead, and restrict the CCHS in the building's use.
