Rest and residue of real and personal property to children, as follows--one share each David Hunt Samuel Hunt's heirs Elizabeth Bradford Lydia Pearl Sarah A Burch Alvina Davison William H Hunt Lois Thompson Eliza Hays 5. In case of legal proceedings be commenced against, son, William H, which I have formerly sold him, and I have received of him my pay in full; then said funds to come out of #1 to defend.
