On its website http://www.meadvilletribune.com/index.html the address given is The Meadville Tribune, 947 Federal Court, Meadville, Pa. 16335; fax at (814) 724-8755 The website has a "soundoff" feature at http://www.meadvilletribune.com/soundoff.html, but I've never seen anything listed. They say they publish soundoffs on Tuesday and Thursday. I guess I'll have to ask a local contact to send me any letters that are published.
