    3. Hi Bill, Thank you so much for volunteering to look for my relatives! I sure do appreciate the help. The people who died in Washington Township were: Rebecca Dow Wells (1803 - 1831), James Wells (1827 - 1830), and perhaps Elizabeth Wells ( 1824 - ?). The family bible did not have a death date for Elizabeth, but she doesn't show up later anywhere with the remaining family. My family left for IL around October 1836 per land transfer records. The adjoining lands were owned by Reuben McLallin & Amos Bailey. Frank Potter bought the 30 acres from my relative "Caleb Wells". Any help would be so great! THANKS!
