    3. Teri: There are lots, but I am interested most in: Matthew McMichael 1802-1835 ( I would like to find out why he died so young) His wife, Mary (Polly) McMQueen McMichael Randolph 1808 - 1881 , she married James Fitz Randolph after Matthew McMichael died. I would like to find out where she was born. Thomas McMichael Jr. 1770-1825 (Matthew's father) Wife, Martha 1774-1843 )Matthew's mother) Mary McMichael, born 1858, maybe died as a child, daughter of Thomas Harvey & Margaret Jane McMichael Also, I wonder if there are any Ewings buried in this cemetery, I am looking for John Ewing, born about 1846. Also his parents, I don't have their names but they were born in Ireland. Are you related to the McMichael's? Thank you so much!! 3. My brother lives close to the McMicheal Cem. and he went there this morning to check on the information you were interested in. The following is the message he sent me: I just got back from the McMicheal Cem. in East Fallowfield Twp. Here is what I found.. All McMicheals Thomas 1776-1825, Martha d. Oct. 2, 1843 age 63 yrs. Mathew D. April 13, 1835 Age 33 yrs. A Lizzie & Casey 3 small stones each with an O. K. & R, Robert b. 1/7/1807 d. Oct 7, 1869 and his wife Katherene B. 3/25/1802 d. Oct 24, 1863. Oscar b. 3/28/1831 d. 3/27/1849 Also Margaret McMicheal wife of Rev. J. P. Davis 1844-1919 Please forward this to the McMicheal Researcher. Virgil Calvin my email is [email protected] and my brother's is [email protected] We are not related to the McMicheals but here is a coincidence. Our ggg John and Nancy Calvin bought 401 acres from Matthew McMicheal on 12-3-1830 & the deed was recorded on 8-20-1834. It said this property was from the estate of Thomas McMicheal. The dates line up good. The land bordered on Thomas McLenahan, Hugh Andrews (Nancy Calvin's father), Margaret McMicheal and Robert Micheal. ----- Original Message ----- From: Darla Mader <[email protected]> To: <[email protected]> Sent: Saturday, August 31, 2002 8:24 AM Subject: RE: [Crawf'rd] McMichael Cemetery > Teri: > > There are lots, but I am interested most in: > > Matthew McMichael 1802-1835 ( I would like to find out why he died so > young) > > His wife, Mary (Polly) McMQueen McMichael Randolph 1808 - 1881 , she > married James Fitz Randolph after Matthew McMichael died. 1. RE: [Crawf'rd] McMichael Cemetery reply..thank you...

    3. Irene: Thank you so much!!! How nice of your brother to go to the cemetery. I hope to come to Crawford County PA some day and visit it also. I am related to all of them. The Matthew D that is mentioned is the one that was my gr gr gr grandfather. Thomas was his father. I have been trying to find out why Matthew died so young. I can't seem to find a reason for his death, (like a sickness and I am also wondering if he was in the war.) So many of them have the same first names that it becomes very confusing. Thank you so much, and please thank your brother for me.
