To Answer two Questions: Centerville is located (and I'm pretty sure has been since the creation of Crawford County) in Crawford County. It is located on PA? Route 8 between Titusville, PA and Union City, PA. Just a couple of miles (if my memory is correct) south of the intersection of Route 77 and Route 8. Harmonsburg is located on Route 18, where it intersects with the Harmonsburg road (there is a traffic light). Route 218? intersects with Route 18 about a mile south of the village. There a fair size cemetary (for a village) on the east side of Route 18 about halfway between the light and the Route 18/Route 218 intersection. I do not recall where the second cemetary is.
