According to the USGS, there's a Beaver Center, whose alternate name is Beaver Creek, about 4 miles northwest of Conneautville in Crawford County. No Beaver's Creek with the apostrophe "s" of any sort anywhere in Pennsylvania that I can find. Hope this helps.
