Thanks to Irene and Sharon and Marilyn for their responses. I'm corresponding with each of them with some details. If something substantially helpful turns up, I'll try to supply an overview to the List/Digest. Bob Calvin

I am working on Calvins in Crawford County. Basically my ggg grandfather was John Calvin who married Nancy Andrews. He is buried in Hartstown Cemetery with many of his descendants. Searching for information about MARGARET MINIUM PARKER and her sons, JOHN PARKER and AMI PARKER. Believe that MARGARET MINIUM was married to WILLIAM BYERS prior to her marriage to LEDYARD / LEGERD PARKER. Any help would be appreciated. Contact Nancy Donald e-mail: [email protected]
I just saw a flyer from the Wayland Cemetery Association. They are planning a "cemetery party" in the summer of 2003, and are looking for support. They are apparently interested in collecting genealogical and historical records, and family photos, of people with connections to the Wayland area and the Wayland Cemetery. They are trying to gauge interest in this event. The flyer said to contact chairperson Lea Ann Coston, 814-724-5018 by Aug. 31. Sounds like an interesting project!
