    3. William Ayres, Secretary is in the 1859 Philadelphia City Directory listing for 335 Walnut Street Office. I think a WEATHERLY may have also been involved in this, or a closely allied railway. He is the one who had the name of Black Creek, PA changed to Weatherly, PA by offering the town a clock (he was a master clockmaker, and it would not have been an ordinary clock). Can anyone tell me more about this railroad, the years of its existence, and why it was and who was involved in it? Are the surnames AYRES and/or WEATHERLY known here? Thanks, Vince Summers
