I am following up on a long shot. I have heard that there was a William FRANKLIN early in the 1900s living in Town Hill, Huntington Twp, That his mother and grandmother had worked on the family tree and that the papers are now held by a daughter or granddaughter surname CREASY, living in or near Bloomsburg, Columbia Co.
