They were preceded by their son, Henry LOROW in about 1851, and the rest of the family followed in about 1853. Rumor has it they were fur traders who traveled up the Susquehanna River into NY, then took the Chemung River west to the Canisteo River to Hartsville, Steuben Co., NY., where my LOROW family settled.
