It's good to be back working on my genealogy again. I've been off for a while. So please indulge me and let me ask again about my missing link. John Reeder (1761-1813) is often listed as a child of Charles Reeder. I have proven that this cannot be so. So, what line did he spring from? My inclination is that he is from a German line as his wife, Elizabeth Fisher, was German and came from New Jersey. I also think that a Samuel Reeder is involved some how with John. Samuel Reeder sold Elizabeth Fisher's father land in Pennsylvania (Northumberland County). Also, one of John's children is named Samuel. Well here is the information on John. Any leads would be appreciated. Pete Hubicki Charlotte, NC Descendants of JOHN REEDER Generation No. 1 1. JOHN1 REEDER was born November 29, 1761, and died May 1813 in Allegheny PA.
