In response to dallen3@isd.net, there is a source for county maps for the state of Pennsylvania. These maps are available through the state for $1.25 each, are black on white, approximately 18 X 24 inches and show county roads/highways/townships/etc. They are referred to as Type 3 maps. There is also a county outline map available of the entire state showing county seats. I have personally ordered several of these maps and found them to be quite handy and infromative. Once you get t the site you must scroll through several pages until you get to the section labeled "maps". Below are 2 hyperlinks which may help.
