    3. Anne Marie The Bloomsburg Daily published at least in 1892 lists all kinds of info including marriages, illness, trips to Phila, family visiting and who rode what train. It was .25 cents per month and 3 copies of it can be found on the Columbia County web site. ( sorry don't have the addy handy) I found an important link in my family tree there but also found it fun to read what was considered news worthy back then. There is also a link in the County web site for marriage listings in other newspapers so good luck.     3. Hello, I'm wondering if there is anyone with information on the HARRIS families who lived in Columbia Co, PA. I'm seeking information on Jacob and Susannah HARTMAN HARRIS family. Jacob was b. 1785 PA as were several of his children. A researcher found Susannah HARTMAN's family in Berks Co, PA. We have several stories of their children being born in the early 1800's in Green, Northumberland, or Northampton..but we have just found a bio. on a grandson which states his grandparents came from Columbia Co., PA. This family was closely tied to HARTMAN, EILER, CRIPE, REPLOGLE. They moved to Ohio and then settled in St. Joseph Co, IN, with children moving on eventually west to CA. I've researched Egles Notes and Queries and I don't think they are tied to the HARRIS family of Harrisburg, PA but this family seems tied to German families. Any information would be helpful.
