    3. November 11, 1999- I hope you get some use out of two new features. First is a search engine that will search this site for surnames, towns, cemeteries or what ever you want to search for. IT IS AWESOME!!! CHECK IT OUT! The second feature is the tool called Mind It. It will notify you by e-mail when ever the News page changes so you can keep up with the latest additions. The MapQuest link that I added yesterday kicks in on York county...not sure why, the URL is correct. If you click on "return to the previous page", it will take you to the Cameron County page and you can then click on 'Search for town maps' and you get the Cameron County towns....I am working on correcting this. The Guestbook has been repaired...now we can look forward to hearing from you! November 10, 1999- I have added some new links to RootsWeb Biographies and Wills for Cameron County at the suggestion of Dee Shaffer Zito. Once again, posting on these RootsWeb sites will give more people access to your family information and will help locate fellow searchers. I have also added a link to MapQuest -maps for most of the towns in Cameron County. What is neat about these maps is that they show many of the Runs (small valleys where people lived and worked by the water) in the County. There are also street maps for most towns. I have added new links under Related Sites that include a link about the Elk Herd...if you travel to Cameron County ask where you can go to see these majestic creatures! They are awesome and usually you can find them along the road! I also linked to Heritage Books, only because they still publish the Histories of the Counties, McKean, Elk, Cameron and Potter, Pennsylvania by J.H. Beers & Co., 1890...it is pricy, but available. I think you might be able to find an orginal copy for less than that! (The Cameron County Library has a copy) I also added a link to some free, printable genealogy forms to help keep you organized! Now which pile of papers did I put those forms???? What links would you like to share? Donna Gigliotti has added many names to the Huntley Cemetery list (it may now be complete?) and partial listings for Moorehill Cemetery. Thanks Donna! More to come!
