Hi George - A visit to the Ross Library in Lock Haven is certainly worth your time if you have Clinton County ancestors. In my opinion, it is the very best genealogical research library in this area. In all the years I have been doing genealogical research, I have never failed to find fascinating, sometimes "break-thru", information on my ancestors when visiting the Ross Library.
