I recently received Pension papers for Daniel KEISTER. He is not mine, so I thought I would share some of the information that is in this record. I know some where out there some one is looking for this information. It contains a wealth of information. I just give a few and if some one is interested in additional information, please email. Daniel KEISTER enlisted 1 Aug 1861, discharged 15 Jan 1863. He was b.19 Oct 1839 in Green Twp., (Sugar Valley) Clinton Co. Pa. Died 20 July 1917 in Loganton, Clinton Co. He married Catherine A. HOUTZ of the same township on 4 June 1864. Children of this marriage; James Henry b.23 June 1865, George b. 7 Nov 1866 and died the same day, Lawrence Albert b. 14 Aug 1868 & Margaret Lovena b. 23 Oct 1870 d. 5 July 1909. sHIRLEY
