The date of William Summerson's second marriage was most likely derived from the 1900 census as it said that they had been married 28 yrs. It also said that Nancy had given birth to 10 children, and only 8 were living. Does anyone know if all the children she had given birth to, were by the Summerson marriage or had she perhaps been married previously also? I only have names of 5 of hers and William Summerson's children. If anyone out theere know data on the rest of them, I would appreciate it if you would post to either this board or to the Clinton Co. page, and share that information with all of the Summerson researchers, please.
