Polly, This is a long shot at best, but would you share with us the Whitakers and Knights (and other surnames) who attended? My mother-in-law's maternal grandmother was a Wertz from Clinton County, but she recalls Knight as a name on her father's side (placing them in the Philadelphia area, but this is far from clear.)
