George, Flemington Cemetery is still active, I cannot answer who is the owner/manager, but somewhere in my piles of papers I have a transcription of it. Not sure about the Church. Flemington borders Lock Havens 5th ward. It is the community between Lock Haven and Mill Hall. Also it once was listed as Allison Township.
