    2. Hi Dave Thank you for responding. I will try the Keating County. At least its another lead. I do have an order in for Clinton Co. and I did find them in Gallagher County. But I am looking for the connection on these (3) families and this will not confirm that. I thought they might have relative still living in the Area. Thanks you again Pat

    3. Gallagher is a Township near the western part of Clinton COunty. I have not researched the Conway's but have seen some in the Keating Township Census, that may be another place to look. You may be able to order the Clinton COunty Census thru your local library on inter-library loan. If you have a Family History Center near where you live, you may also order it in thru there. ----- Original Message ----- From: <PNUTREG@cs.com> To: <PACLINTO-L@rootsweb.com> Sent: Wednesday, October 04, 2000 9:57 PM Subject: RE:Looking For the Conway Family in Gallagher County and Clinton County > Hi > > I am trying to find the Conway Family who lived in Gallagher County near > Locke Haven and finally moved into Clinton County. 3. Jeannette, Highland Cemetery, lot 39 section C was owned by Edw B Molson(your Edw 'Banks' Molson?) and lot 93 section C was owned by Anna Molson. Then there is a burial for Samuel Molson age 65 burial date 14 July 1915 in Lot 93 section C, at that time it shows lot owner as Maria Molson. Perhaps the ownership was transfered f rom Anne to Maria. Would Maria have been an heir to Anna? There must be head stones or markers for some or all of these burials. Can you tell me where the Molsons came from before living in Lock Haven? Dave

Hello!JL Check with the caretakers at Highland Cemetery, they are very helpful as to who owns each plot, who is actually burried there and sometimes they can put you in touch with relatives still living. My own Bassinger family was helped in this way several times while having headstones replaced, etc. Hope this helps you, Dorothy JLMolson@aol.com wrote: > --part1_c8.b01a6b3.270bbe9b_boundary > Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit > > --part1_c8.b01a6b3.270bbe9b_boundary > Content-Type: message/rfc822 > Content-Disposition: inline > > Return-path: <JLMolson@aol.com> > From: JLMolson@aol.com > Full-name: JLMolson > Message-ID: <15.9fdf9af.270bba33@aol.com> > Date: Tue, 3 Oct 2000 18:39:47 EDT > Subject: MOLSON/GRAHAM/COFFEY > To: PACLINTO-L-@rootsweb.com > MIME-Version: 1.0 > Content-Type: text/plain; charset="US-ASCII" > Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit > X-Mailer: AOL 3.0 for Windows 95 sub 18 > > Hi, > > I am new to your list. 3. Hey everybody, A great big gold star goes out to Ed & Joan Summerson for finding the final proof of Joseph & Sarah Shaffer Summerson's children. On a trip to the Clinton Co. Courthouse, they found land transfers which name most of Joseph's sons. Then we have the obit of Jemima Summerson Repetto, which states that she was the only daughter of Joseph & Sarah Summerson, wife of Joseph Repetto. We have pension papers ordered on sons Alfred, and David W. Summerson who both died serving in military during the Civil war. Land transfers will be posted to Clinton Co., website within the next few days. Ed even found what he thinks may prove Marmaduke Summerson, son of Joseph death date, and maybe a second marriage. We are bubbling over with excitement over these great finds! Ken & Dianne
