What an obit of a life of service! I met you this summer and we determined that we share the Kirk/Fisher line. That was my paternal grandmother's line. On my paternal father's line I am most likely related to Elizabeth Ogden. William Blum/Bloom had twelve children. His daughter Elizabeth who managed a cruel winter as a teen in Clearfield County married Daniel Ogden's son Matthew. Elizabeth's older brother Isaac married Sarah Apgar and they had a daughter Pricilla who married John Norris. John and Pricilla had sixteen children, four of whom my father always said were in the Civil War. So far I can find proof on only three of them. One of their sons Moses Cammeron had two daughter's Abigail and Martha Mertie Norris. These daughters married two brothers, Law and Reuben Whitaker. Mertie as she was known, was my great grand mother. Interestingly enough her Aunt Lovenia Norris, daughter of John and Pricilla, married first Truman Wall and after being widowed married my gguncle, William Helper, who was my mother's great uncle.
