    3. Brisbin is not in Houtzdale, Brisbin is on the opposite side of the 400 foot hill from Houtzdale. The cemetery is the IOOF (International Order of Oddfellows) as you are going out of town up the hill on Swoope St. that is the main road through this small town of population of about 400. I was raised in Brisbin until age 12 and lived in the home that is owned by the Cotters now, lovely, wonderful people, I have many fond memories and visited yearly from 1998-2004, hope to resume again soon.
