Just wanted to alert you to an upcoming program sponsored by the Norwin Public Library in Irwin, PA. On Wednesday, November 7th, local cemetery researchers Bill and Kathie Plack will be presenting a program entitled "Grave Matters: Tombstones and Tombstone Carvers of Southwestern Pennsylvania" The Placks are contributors to the PA Gen Web Tombstone Project, and their work, along with that of GenWeb coordinator Ellis Michaels, was featured in the Spring, 2007 issue of "Westmoreland History" magazine. This program will be held in the Community Room of the Norwin Public Library from 6 to 7:30 P.M. on Wednesday, November 7, 2007. It is free to the public.
