    3. Beverly, I did not see more than one reply (though I did not follow real close) so I thought this might help. The 1878 Clearfield County Atlas and the 1887 History of Clearfield County list no reference to Gilmore Township in their indexes. If no one else has suggested it, I would recommend that you review your source or recheck it. For what it is worth Heritage Quest Online (HQ) does not have anything for Gilmore in the 1840 Pennsylvania, Clearfield County either. HQ does in the 1860 census list a Albert G. Farley, age 59, Farmer, born in Mass., in Clearfield County, Huston Township. Also listed in the same household are Sarah Burns, age 21, Penn; Albert Farley, 16, [Penn?]; Emeline Farley, 15, [Penn?]; Deborah Farley, 56, [Penn?]. The last three [Penn?]; indicates that the birth place on the census report is blank and I *interpreted* that to mean it was the same as the line above. HQ 1870 census Pennsylvania, Clearfield County, Huston Township lists: Albert Farley, age 68, Farmer, Massachusetts; Deborah [Farley], 65, keeps house, Massachusetts. On the next page and in the same household: Mortimer Farley, 26, works on farm, Pa; Mary [Farley], 21, [occupation is blank], Pa. You may check <http://www.familysearch.org/Eng/Search/frameset_search.asp?PAGE=census/search_census.asp> and find Albert G. Farley now widowed and Mortimer Farley and his wife and children in the 1880 census for Du Bois, Clearfield County, Pennsylvania. This census gives the relationships. Again I would suggest you check your prior source for accuracy.
