I do not have Bernard McGovern in my records. However, my grandfather was alternately Secretary and/or Treasurer of the Pike Twp Schools for many years going through family papers I have his records for the years 1941 and 1942. These are records that school taxes per family were calculated so the teacher of the class is given, the students and the student's father or guardian was given along the general address, i.e. Curwensville RD. The entire Twp budget for the year 1942 was $10646.80 I am willing to do lookups, but be patient. I work full time at a day job. Jean
