Hi all, I just ran into this problem as I am trying to re-organize my BLOOM's. I have the information that was posted on the internet by mortjr@ibm.net in 1998. He states the second wife of Samuel BLOOM 1819-1868 was Jane CURRY and they had three children: A. McClelland BLOOM born abt 1862 ; Nancy Alice BLOOM born abt 1864 and Hosea BLOOM born 29 mar 1866. Does anyone have clarification---was the second wife Jane CURRY or Martha Jane WELTY? I'm ready for a straight jacket! Thanks. John A Curry died in October 1859, Martha Jane (Welby) Curry his widow married Samuel Bloom a widower on 9 December 1860, and added 3 Blooms to her 5 Curry children.
