As I announced earlier Donna Ireland graciously granted permission to the Clearfield USGenWeb Project to transcribe "The Clearfield Cookbook". A great group of volunteers have finished the transcription; it is now on-line at: http://www.pa-roots.com/~clearfield/cookbook/clearfield_cook_book.htm The cook book was compiled and published by the Junior Auxiliary of the Clearfield Hospital. All of the recipes were donated by people in the community. In addition, Donna created an index to the names of the contributers so you can check for recipes submitted by your ancestors.
