I am not sure about parents. Otherwise the cost is 9 and 10 dollars. I have written to both Clearfield and Centre county looking for his marriage certificate and they can find no record. I tried writing to the PA State Archives to get a birth cert for Rose (daughter). I thought that since she was the first born, perhaps they were living in a different county back then, and her birth certificate may give me that. But, the State Archives will not send it to me.
