    2. Joseph G. Mulligan Joseph G. "Ben" Mulligan, 68 of Robinson died Wednesday, Jan. 28, 1981 in Lee Hospital, Johnstown. Mr. Mulligan was born in Lockport, a son of the late George and Carrie (Robertson) Mulligan. He is survived by his wife, Matilda (Anderson) Mulligan; son. Joseph G. Jr. of Duluth, Minn; and daughter, Mrs. Karen Potts of Warner Robins, Ga.; also four grandchildren. He was a brother of Mrs. Hazel Hendricks of Bolivar; George of Armagh; William of Charlotte, N. C.; Mrs. Margaret Garland of West Bolivar; Mrs. Elsie Howard and Mrs. Lois Howard, both of New Florence RD 2; Mrs. Gloria Lichtenfels of Robinson; and Thomas of Seward. Funeral services were held Sunday at the Church of the Brethren, Robinson, with the Revs. Dale Rummel and John Clawson officiating. Arrangements were made by Edward J. Speidel Funeral Home, Bolivar. Burial was in Germany Lutheran Cemetery. ============================================================ BERNARD A. MARSH Bernard A. Marsh 75 of Torrance, died Friday, Nov. 1, 2002 in Derry Twp.. A son of Samuel and Pearl Holby Marsh, he was born Nov. 12, 1926 in Torrance. Prior to retirement in 1989, he worked for Conrail for 41 years. Surviving are his wife, Elizabeth J. McKinney Marsh, whom he married May 12, 1972; a daughter, Laurie Moyer and her husband Rick, of Pine Grove; three grandchildren, Carrie, Rick Jr. and Quoarriee Moyer; a brother, Ernest Marsh of Johnstown; a sister Erma Miron of Derry; and his father-in-law, Clifford McKinney of Bolivar RD 1. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three brothers, Deward, Jesse and Arthur Marsh; and two sisters, Nevada Shirley and Lucinda Fenton. The family will receive friends Monday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Shoemaker Funeral Home Inc., 49 N. Walnut St., Blairsville, where service will be held Tuesday at 11 a.m. with the Rev. Herbert Phar officiating. Interment will follow in West View Cemetery, Bolivar. ============================================================= Esther Jean Krouse Esther Jean (Mrs. Charles A.) Krouse, 62, of Robinson RD 1 died Tuesday, May 21, 1985 at Latrobe Area Hospital. She was born June 2, 1922 in Robinson, a daughter of the late Sylvester and Emma Jane (Piper) McClain. She was a member of Robinson United Methodist Church and Ladies Auxiliary to Robinson Post VFW. She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles A.; two brothers, Earl and Clifford; and three sisters, Florence, Margaret and Alice Banko. She is survived by nine children, Charles A. of Robinson RD 1; Earl D. of Robinson; Sylvester J. of Penn Run; Esther McBurney of Robinson; Lynn Ann DeWitt of Seward; Sherry Lea Garland of Bolivar; Robert G. of Robinson; John L. of New Florence and Rose Mary of Seward; 21 grandchildren; four brothers, John of New Florence RD 2; Dale and Herbert, both of Robinson; James B. of Mansfield, Ohio; and two sisters, Betty Holmes of Black Lick and Alma Shank of Seward. Funeral services were held Friday, at the Kenneth A. Stuart Funeral Home, New Florence, with the Rev. Samuel R. Astolos Jr. officiating. Burial was in Germany Lutheran Cemetery. ==================================================== James P. Hall New Florence barber, member of Robinson Church of the Brethren James P. Hall, 60 of Robinson died Saturday, Aug. 4, 2001 at home. He was born April 18, 1941, in Robinson, West Wheatfield Twp., a son of Reese and Agnes Barbus Hall. Mr. Hall was a barber in New Florence for over 20 years. He was a member of the Robinson Church of the Brethren. Surviving relatives include his wife of 40 years, Barbara; Also surviving are children James W. and wife Sherri of Homer City, and Francis W., Monty D. and wife Christine and Joy A., all of Robinson; his mother, of Robinson; nine grandchildren; Also surviving are two sisters: Linda Allman of Derry and Gladys Bronick of Export. He was preceded in death by his father. Funeral services were held Tuesday at Kenneth Stuart Funeral Home. New Florence with Pastor Jeff Thomas officiating Interment was in Germany Lutheran Cemetery.
