I may get into hot water for this post, and if it offends anyone please accept my apologies. I've had this happen to me more than once, and it troubles me. Perhaps it's happened to you, too... Whenever someone requests information from you and you take the time to gather the information and send it, it would be nice to receive an e-mail from that person saying they had received it. It doesn't have to be a fancy letter -- just a simple line like "Got it. Thanks." would be great. At least you would know that your response is not floating around in cyber space somewhere. Just a minor complaint against those who don't acknowledge receiving information... Jacquelyn
