    3. Loretta, I did a quick search for Yeaney on Ancestry.com's Clearfield Progress database. No obituary. They have coverage 1931-1938. Do you have a death date? No hits came up in 1938 but it might still be there, the search engine isn't that great with these newspapers. I did find these items and several "Miss Yeaneys" were also mentioned on the society pages, and apparently they were country club champions. http://ftp.rootsweb.com/pub/usgenweb/pa/clearfield/bios/yeaney-gillespie .txt BIO: Gillepsie B. 3. Well, I found on 31 Dec 1947 the recap of stories for the year in The Clearfield Progress newspaper: Feb. 1, Dr. Gillespie Blaine Yeaney, 67, dies of heart attack. Unfortunately the online coverage for 1947 starts March 20, 1947. I did find a probate/estate notice than ran regularly all spring with Ella O. Yeaney, administratix. 111 S. 2nd St., Clearfield -----Original Message----- From: Loretta Myrter [mailto:lorettam@adelphia.net] Sent: Friday, October 07, 2005 3:57 PM To: PACLEARF-L@rootsweb.com Subject: [Clearfield] Dr. Yeaney I am looking for the obituary and any information concerning Dr. Yeaney, a Clearfield doctor in the late 1930's.
