Apparently Ancestry has a new owner and they charged my account automatically to pay for another year without my consent. The other owner always called ahead. In the new infromation I discover that there is no refund if you cancel before a year is up. I was checking my VISA account and saw $150 plus drawn out by Abcestry, with no previous OK.
