I agree with Shirley. Furthermore, I received postcard notification that my subscription was coming to an end. If I wanted to cancel, there was a number to call before a deadline. If I wanted to continue to use their service, I had only to wait for the charge to my credit card. If I did not have Ancestry, I would not be able to do research in the Midwest -- even in Clearfield County, and I live an hour or so away. I wouldn't be so quick to dis Ancestry.
