Here'a one my Mother makes for new years day. Sourkraut and dumplings. It isn't the dumplings like chicken and dumplings, these dumplings go on top of the sourkraut when the meal is ready to serve, cover pan with a lid and let them rise. Serve immediatly. We were crazy about them when we were kids, they were like clouds and there rarely was leftovers. Anyone ever heard of this? Renee L. Waring
